The regular monthly meetings and budget hearings of the Board of Commissioners of the Lehigh Acres Municipal Services Improvement District, Lehigh Acres, Florida will be held on the following dates at 6:00 p.m. (unless otherwise specified) at the Lehigh Acres Municipal Services Improvement District, 601 East County Lane, Lehigh Acres, Florida, 33936.

• November 17, 2025 – Monday
• December 8, 2025 – Monday
• January 26, 2026 – Monday
• February 23, 2026 – Monday
• March 16, 2026 – Monday
• April 20, 2026 – Monday
• May 18, 2026 – Monday
• June 15, 2026 – Monday 5:00 p.m. Budget Hearing
• June 15, 2026 – Monday
• July 20, 2026 – Monday 5:00 p.m. Budget Hearing
• July 20, 2026 – Monday
• August 17, 2026 – Monday 5:00 p.m. Budget Hearing
• August 17, 2026 – Monday
• September 21, 2026 – Monday

This notice advises that, if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Lehigh Acres Municipal Services Improvement District Board of Commissioners with respect to any matter considered at these meetings, he will need a record of the proceedings and that, for such purpose, he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.

In addition, the Board may conduct such other special meetings as required, which will be advertised seven (7) days prior to the meetings.

Any interested party desiring to appear before the Board may do so on the dates and place listed above.
